Pro Loco of Buccino achieves great success with the project “Volcei Wine Jazz”

Buccino (SA), 20 november 2024 – Pro Loco of Buccino has received a prestigious award for its "Volcei Wine Jazz" project, which was approved as part of the public tender promoted by the Campania Regional Tourism Agency. The project was included in the final ranking of fundable proposals, pursuant to Decree No. 303 of November 14, 2024, issued by the Agency's Director General.

 

"This is an extraordinary achievement, the fruit of the work of our project manager, who, with great expertise, manages to transform project ideas into reality, which, in addition to being funded, rank among the top of the list," commented the president of the Pro Loco of Buccino Volcei Aps, Architect Giancarlo Schiavone.

 

Of a total of 188 proposals submitted from across Campania, only 57 were accepted for funding. Of these, a third came from the voluntary sector, with a strong presence of Campanian Pro Loco organizations. Pro Loco of Buccino, in particular, stands out for its commitment to promoting the region and local culture, contributing with the Volcei Wine Jazz Festival to strengthen the region's cultural and tourism offerings.

 

Special recognition goes to the regional secretariat of the UNPLI Campania and its president, Luigi Barbati, thanks to whose support, 11 Pro Loco Campania projects were approved for funding, representing approximately one-fifth of the available funds, amounting to approximately €550,000.
